Although the entire purchase was achieved by long distance, my actual experience at the condo confirms that your descriptions, spoken impressions, and video walk-through accurately reflect the living environment and condition of the condo. Impressive, indeed.

In addition, our time schedule was slightly accelerated due to job and moving requirements. You accommodated and handled all issues to achieve a timely closing. Obviously not your first rodeo, if that expression exists in Raleigh.

We certainly appreciated that you collected our adult Daughter and her cat from RDU Airport and welcomed her to our new condo while I was in route across the country. A very kind gesture- Thank you.

A very pleasant surprise is the incredible variety and the high quality of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of Park Devereux. Just down the block, the Weaver Street Market is a very high-quality grocery store, and a Publix Supermarket is only 3 minutes by automobile. We are also happy to learn that a variety of local attractions are within walking distance. An outstanding location.
