More About Me

Licensed as a Real Estate Broker for the last decade, Patricia has explored the backroads, walked the greenways, rocked on the front porches, and cycled the byways that connect neighborhoods and foster neighborliness across our region. Patricia’s approachable, respectful, connective style will create the platform for a Real Estate experience that will exceed your expectations, position you well to succeed in negotiations with other parties to the transaction, and carry you well-beyond the closing table. Her remarkable ability to hone in on what is most important keeps clients focused on their goals while experiencing exceptional service throughout the multi-step process.

A North Carolina native with Scotland County roots, Patricia moved to the Triangle in 1999 and spent ten years as a fundraising professional, where she contributed to the community services and cultural attractions that make Wake County one of the country’s premier places to call home. Her work with Transitions Life Care, formerly Hospice of Wake County, created the area’s first Hospice Home – an inpatient facility, sanctuary and grief support center. Working with the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC, she cultivated support from foundations, faith communities, and individuals to close the gap in food insecurity for 34 NC counties. And at the NC Museum of History she took outreach programs across the state to bring artifacts and the story of North Carolina outside the Museum walls.

Patricia specializes in residential property and land sales in Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner; Wake, Chatham, Orange and Durham counties, unique properties, investment property, resale, and new construction. Contact her to ask questions, request a market analysis, and schedule a Real Estate Portfolio Review. Her other interests include service with her children’s schools, church, historical preservation, gardening, tennis and bicycling.
